Echoing the language of the 15th Amendment, the Act prohibits states from imposing any "voting qualification or prerequisite to voting, or standard, practice, or procedure ... to deny or abridge the right of any citizen of the United States to vote"(W*kipedia).

Dear Jagex, How can you allow only paying players at the moment voting rights, and not those who have paid for membership for years? Are you thus discriminating against our opinions in hope that this will not be brought back? Jagex are not giving everyone a fair chance to vote, not only that, but those who get to vote are only of 200,000 or less. Now what makes you think all of them are going to vote Yes? Not all of them are in favor of Old Runescape. Please Jagex give your loyal players a chance to vote. This is not fair for everyone and you guys know it.

I don't care if they don't abide by the U.S. laws, how is this fair in any way?
Give the players a chance to express their opinions without paying to vote!!

Is Jagex that concerned about getting memberships? If they just released the game, didn't waste peoples time to vote then people would spend money and buy the membership. What fun will it be if EVERYONE is a member? I miss the old F2P days, but I guess its going to be just P2P.

Level 4? we don't even need to bother looking there, there's no way in hell we're going to raise 750,000 votes, Membership is around £3.20/*5, that's £2,400,000.00 (3.20 * 750,000)... dsgmf;'sdjfweuibf

You guys need to consider 'long time paying' members who've only recently stopped their subscriptions in the last year or so. I was paying membership every month for well over 3 years, because I'm not currently a member, I don't have a say in this?

Hello, thanks for the consideration of inputting servers in regards
with the player-bases requirements, however is there any way
we can leave a poll on which year we prefer rather then strictly 2007? I'm sure
everyone would like the opportunity to choose which year and from there we can
move on to the final poll for input, Thanks!

LOL 50k member votes, at least 50k member votes??? You make me laugh EOC made about 50% of those players leave, all those crappy updates made 40% of the members leave, the remaining 10% are most 5% legit players and 5% bots, seen enough bots lately, it's a fact that bots are still running RS economy which is pretty sad... So I gues unless all those free players buy mems you will bring old RS back... money leechers... I might break more than alcohol can repair.

I wish this were a pre-EoC Update. Everything in EoC is so complicated, my fingers get so sore from all the continuous button pressing. Why can't it be a backup of the day before EoC? I'd appreciate that. I just hate the EoC, but I still love Runescape. Can you make some of us happy and find a backup that was pre-EoC? I love all the graphics and that stuff in present day Runescape, please do a Pre-EoC backup, too. I'm starting to tear up as I'm typing this, man..
