Jagex has stated that it will not affect gameplay in terms of updates. Don't bring up the argument that resources could be used elsewhere..

Additionally,
Consider this, the more members that vote the cheaper it would ultimately be for everyone and hopefully reach the point where it doesn’t cost you a penny more and could simply be offered as part of your existing membership - Even if you don't intend to use it I think that's a nice thing to do for your friends.

@Ohi Dere. Because you can see the future? This game is always improving. Some people cannot simply leave the past however. You might as well have stayed on the classic servers and not experienced the vastness that they have expanded upon for runescape now.

I have to to say that i have almost a year on my adventure log and i have quit rs because of the bots and the EOC and for ages me and my friends have said "imagine if they brought the old runescape back" and they will now i am not a member now but if 2007 scape comes back without a doubt i will pay and become a member in an instant this is the game i want runescape in 2007 is the best game i have even played and now it just feels like a waste of time so my message to everyone that dosent want to vote is please vote for it you have nothing to lose and everything to gane i want the game i loved to come back

If you vote you get FREE membership for 1 month in 07 server. So the vote is basically free

For once i can honestly say jag-ex has eyes and ears. its sad the only full save they have is 07 but hell, its better than eoc and everyone starting out fresh will be awesome lol, reminds me of when i first started playing and r2h was 1m :s ahh the nostalgia. Anyways dont be discouraged by that small number of "ACTIVE PLAYERS" on the top of the home page (wich is most likely a majority of 24/7 bots). The real support will come from the mass amounts of veteran players and even just those who dislike the eoc that have not canceled membership, log on once a month to see if rs has gotten better since the eoc and then log off 20 mins later.

NOW I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHOSE HELD THEIR MEMBERSHIP JUST IN HOPE FOR AN UPDATE LIKE THIS!

To all other supporters, please do not let this opportunity of a Runescape lifetime slip away because we all know this is our ONE AND ONLY SHOT! ^.^

What if EoC would've had a poll? Only voted by member's you think it would have actually made it into the main game? It'd be the people who enjoy the EoC that would have to cry/cuss/complain vote to get their precious EoC Server's implemented. And as long as that wouldn't effect the game i enjoyed. I'd at least help them out by voting "yes" just so they could play the version of the game they enjoyed. But no, everyone that likes the EoC is not for this. My question...Why? No reason is a good reason to vote against this.

Does anybody else want the graphics of the game before the armor update? Because i played in 07 and i liked the graphics back then because that's all i had, but now that i have seen the graphics before the armor update, i like that much better. I'm not saying all the updates that lead up until the armor update but just the graphics in general.
