Accounts should have to be AT LEAST one week old to vote.

This will prevent rich kids from making like, thirty accounts, just to vote. Cause' you know people will totally do it.

You guys need to make this poll as flawless as possible.

I'm all for people getting their old servers back, but I just have this sinking feeling that multiple 1-month membership accounts will be made just to vote.

Don't make the same mistake you made with the wilderness and free trade poll.

So what? Jagex makes money, people get what they want, and people who don't care to play the 2007 servers are completly unaffected.
Why do you care?

Inb4 a few months down the track from an old school rs release, its just more dead content like classic.

I loved old school RS but I can almost guarantee that a vast number of players will get bored or not bothered with leveling themselves back up if that is whats required. I'm just looking for the posts when the nostalgia goggles come off.

the chances of reaching 750k players is slim to none, as of 23:21 jagex time on feb.13 we have less then 74000players online, after monday updates that drops to less then 25000, indicating the average runescape bot ratio is 2-1 vs "real" players, which ofc jagex cant tell the difference between the 2.

I'm really excited for this server. Unfortunately, GWD won't be an addition since it was released on the 28th of August, 2007. I believe the server will take place, as is, on the '10th of August, 2007'. BUT, Mod MMG did stat that if we get enough votes, there will be a small dev team working on this server.

That means GWD and later-that-year content MAY be implemented later on. (Honestly, I don't want a grand exchange (I think it was released in November). The thrill of being self-sufficient will be the fuel to the nostalgia). :)
