a RS2 cape would be nice just like the RSC cape. i hafve no care for 2007scape as i might not play it much as all the good quests came out in 2008-2011 and i like the EoC, i was against EoC at first then i had to play it, then i said this is actually fun. Here for a good time, not a long time. :)

I 100% support the idea of bringing back 07- runescape, i have played runescape for 9 years, so thats a long time to be involved in a game, i do how ever wonder if it can go ahead at the highest level as 90% of the players who quit runescape after eoc will not be able to get back on to vote and unless you confirm that we will be able to keep our stats i doubt half of them would even considor to pay membership just to vote unless this is confirmed, i have played for about 2 hours since eoc and i used to be a monthly paying player, please think of your long lasting players like myself that want to keep our stats and return to the old way of pking!! let free members who have been on here for a certain ammount of time take part in the vote as most of the current users dont care as they prob like the eoc

wow i have so much to say- 1st thanks for oppurtunity Jagex.

- we that want 07scape want to start over from the chaos that is eoc.
- i will be proud to get 99 skills in RSC07 more then anything in eoc.
- my name will be Xsv and ill be a member the minute the server opens and subbed for years to come, ABSOLUTELY no complaints about this IDEA besides the way your going about it explained later.

JAGEX-
i have been trekking through these updates since Runescape classic. member from for over eleven years on MULTIPLE accounts and have payed SO much to you. im going to RESUB and give you one more final F(cencsored)ing chance to get this right.

If you re-open most old scapers IRL friends will join, sub, and tell their friends. and grow your 1,000 currently logged in. which clearly equals more money for you. but of course thats taboo right your not in it for the moneyrite.
-I AM paying just to vote, this is RIDICULOUS however, you leave me NO choice..very upsetting
not even giving *AT THE LEAST 750,000 people a chance to vote* seems shady? you cant figure that out to get better feedback.? feel like my money will be wasted so recognize you have reached out to us that 'whine' for the best Runescape!
people are dumb. those who want this: dont care about starting over, dont care about getting updates for 07 (thats how this **** up started in the first place).

Those asking for different years gtfo, ive been asking and dealing with this for years longer than you, Seniority it should matter for one damn second!

Does this mean that rwt will be banned, people who buy gold off of rwt will be banned and botters will be banned? These are the only problems I see with the current state of Rs.

Really typical that you have to be member in order to vote. The reason RuneScape lost a fair amount of members was due to EoC. Some(talking thousands) real old school players didn't like the recent combat update. Now you are asking those same players, including me, who supported RuneScape for several years and even made it possible for you to exist at this very moment to first buy into new membership in order to vote for something they started playing the first place. It doesn't really make sense to me and gives me more a feeling of a smart way to claim some more members, even if it is only for 1 month. I would love to vote for this update, i'm just not feeling like "Donating" a month subscription for it, in which I won't be playing anyway.

A bit unfair towards your true supporters of the past if you ask me, I think you should be glad that they still consider playing the game, instead of using this vote as an opportunity to claim cash.
So the main question that remains is; "Does the vote, in the way it currently is, really show you how many people would be interested in old school RuneScape and how many people are prepared to pay a normal amount of membership for it?"

I've just read your reply on the question why non-members can't vote and I'm honestly stunned by your answer.
You answer that you are a business and you need to be focussed on revenue in order to keep things running, you need your profit.
Absolutely true! But when you start speaking in terms of business I'm stunned that you can provide such an answer.
It is true that there are people talking who really are a beginning F2P player and don't have any potential at this point. HOWEVER, you ALWAYS listen to customers, which by your statement f2p members aren't. But then again loyal players from the past who stopped playing(atm F2P) because of YOUR change are your biggest potential customers you have! If you are a business, than you should really consider improving your marketview!
