Honestly I don't think the vote will gather much support if stats aren't carried back to 2007, I can't think of many players who are now with a high total level who will want to go back and start again, they've simply put too much time into the game. I was talking to my clan about it and there is a surprisingly negative response, and I'd be very surprised if we saw anywhere near 500k Members votes on this topic.
Also, I don't know if I understood this wrong, but the way you spoke about this it seemed as if you expected it would be more of a novelty item, more like RuneScape classic, I mean, you say that you'll have people working on it, but the way you wrote the Original posts seemed as if you just wanted to get a few old players to have some fun with the old game before coming back and enjoying the new.
I don't know, I don't think the game will support itself, will probably end up as more dead content, and I won't be voting yes as I don't want to lose all the stuff that I've worked so hard for on this account.
Thanks for the choice, but as far as I'm concerned, I want to stick with the current version of the game.
