this is a massive FAILURE on jagex´s part. they are asking ppls to buy membership just to vote? are u for ******* real jagex? dont u get enough money already that u dont have to ask it from the old players who quit cuz eoc? lets see, i hope this doesn´t reach 50k likes just because 2007 is nothing its just a piece of **** going down the drain. eventually its gonna die, ppls are not gonna kill chickens and sell them to general store for 1gp each... honeslty lol why u even do this?!

I don't get why you made the poll for members only, you're rigging it yourselves by making only members that can vote. I quit because of EoC, so shouldn't I have a say? Why not make it one vote per IP, or votes on accounts that are >1-year-old or even an account that was made prior to 2007? This is going to have a bad turn out because all the veterans have quit, so either they don't have membership, or they're not even aware that this is going on because they've quit a long time ago.

It's highly likely that the number of votes obtained will be about 180k-249k
I wouldn't be surprised if Jagex has estimated this to be the maximum number of votes they obtain because it will make them the most profit.

Imagine that 200k people are willing to pay $23 a month for 2007 runescape that is never updated and has no team assigned to it.
In membership to vote alone, that's $1.6m
Now they have 200k people who either stop paying and voted for nothing, or continue to pay the $23 membership fees, that's another $4.6m they get for free for no work at all. Original message details are unavailable.
