Personally, I think 2007 is too far back. I doubt I'll be playing it since it means a whole reset. Maybe if you make it faster exp and faster money rates or something to make it easier, most people back in 2007 were pking or staking. I think the whole aspect of the secondary server in the 2007 era is that is should keep people playing who don't like the eoc.
I will be voting for it; mainly because I think that EoC makes RuneScape different compared to how it use to be. I use to enjoy playing RuneScape, I have recently came back to RuneScape, it's growing on me again however the most enjoyable times of my RuneScape times was before the EoC. Please consider these from a business point of view (like you always do.. *cough* Scam of Fortune *cough*) multiple server's will increase your profit margins.
I think you need to think the idea through more, it's good that you've considered bringing it back but I don't think that's enough. Look at your playerbase, **'s dropped by more than 50%. Your numbers say it all, it only takes a simple calculator app to figure this out (no rocket science needed!).
