Thats one important thing that the 2007 servers supply and demand is kept stable and safe from disruptions like rwt or bots. The profit probably wouldn't be worth it for botters to make an extra payment for the 2007 server which should keep them away from the legit people who wouldn't mind an extra $5 or so to play.

You may have unsubbed because of the EoC, and want to vote but are worried about spending £4.95 on membership just to vote. However:

1. Make trail account
2. PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP FOR THE FIRST TIME FOR $2 (£1.50)
3. Vote

"Heres the bottom line on rares...

allowing people to permanently bring their existing rares from eoc to the 2007 server will not only cause more people to join the 2007 server but ensure that they stick around."

==I can see from your reaction to this statement that I made a good point :D ==

Hey! First of all I would like to thank Jagex for giving us this opportunity. I would like to make a comment about the introduction of the rares.
If the rares are introduced, they should not have any value, because it could give an unfair advantage to players. For example they can be sold at the Clothes Shop in Varrock for 1k gp

I would pay $20 a month if it meant that I could use my old account. If I cant use my current account I wont even become a member because of the amount of time that is necessary to create an account. The majority of players that will want to play 2007 have played 2007 therefore they are older usually 17-early twenties and do not have the amount of time that we had when we were younger. I believe that this decision to not use our old accounts isolates the individuals which would play the 2007 version.
