I played back in the "good ol' days" aswell as a child. What I don't understand is this insane rage everyday by some old vets, I mean, if you don't like the game now, just move on. Do something else. Sometimes I think that I'm the only one who LIKES EoC alot better than the old days, and yes I even played back when it was runescape classic.
Back in the day, all you did was pvp all day long, skills were boring to do and there was not much to do really.
Now Runescape looks really good for a browsergame,
- new skills
- A LOT of new monsters
- quests e.t.c
- HD grahpx
- Gazillion of new items
I could probably come up with more things about the current runescape, but I mean - looking back on what it was, and seeing it now. It feels like if it was my little son, growing up, and now he's a successful doctor or lawyer. This game is not bad in any way, it's a great game!
Sure there are botters here and there, or mostly everywhere. But just ignore them. You don't mind every person in real life, and you never talk to people you meet on the go, and you don't suspect them for being robbers (botters).
Anyway, you do as you please Jagex, I just hope more people will grow some balls and be able to ACCEPT change. Especially if the change is for the better.
