1. Will these servers be getting constant updates? (As in new content)

2. Will we have to start over? For example. Would our accounts have the same levels as they do currently?

If they doubled the voting requirements and let F2P vote, you'd see a much greater total votes achieved, this is simply to make them look like the good guys gain to have a fair amount of people pay for membership to vote, which a fair amount of those will continue to play there on out, then there will be another fair amount of people playing $15 on top to play 'old school'.

Anyway I wish you all luck but don't get your hopes up is all.
