(why dont you just do it then instead of doing votes...)
it will NEVER work......
because these facts;
''This will be a members-only vote. While all types of players have invested time in the game, it is our members that ultimately fund the initiatives and therefore get to set the priorities.''
''73,036 people currently online'' (peak gaming time)
Level 1 - 50,000 or more votes: (with an additional membership fee of around $15)
->Fair enough easy to hit in 2 weeks with the daily player amount, but who in there right mind would pay $15 Extra per month to start back at level 3
Level 2 - 250,000 or more votes: (with a smaller additional membership fee of around $5 extra)
-> still reachable as there is prob about 200k active members per week
Level 3 - 500,000 or more votes: ( with no extra membership fee)
-> jagex your funny
there might of been 1.4 million players voting for the wild and FT back but that included free players
Level 4 - 750,000 or more votes: (no extra membership fee and the free portion of the game available to all)
-> THE MAIN REASON -> old rs players want it back not the new people on now i remember the days when 700,000 people were active PER DAY not peak time. so this is what people are aiming. no one in there right mind would start all over again from level 3 and pay a almost triple the amount on standard membership. they would want start f2p work there way back up to a set level
Ive been playing Runescape since around Easter 2002, and watched about 100s of friends leave due to silly updates like EOC...
At the end of the day this is prob just another scandal to try and get more players to buy membership just to vote..
