thats the stupidest thing ive ever heard. how the hell are you guys going to know how much money you could potentially make from all the players who quit and dont have members anymore?

sounds to me like they want people to pay 15 a month for a less updated version of rs.
not that its worse to play or anything but it just seems to me like your going to be paying more for something that has less time spent into making it unless you pay 7.95 just to vote hahaha jagex sounds greedier than our politicians.. not really they are pretty greedy... back to the point! this sucks and to me jus* doesnt make sense. there are tons of players who quit due to jagex decision to release EOC who probably dont have members anymore and its just sounding like a quick way to make a buck to have to be a member to vote for this. everyone will pay for members after you get the servers up?
i think you would get enough votes.. if you didnt have to pay 7.95 wt* jagex! thats why its going to be 15 dollars for members. they are just trying to get as much money as they can. i mean the files are from back up and yeah theyll have to get tech* but membership didnt go up when eoc came out......... :( damn you guys like money

It really bloody amazes me you people finally get what you want but don't want to pay to have it you, if there is a really community support for this the count will be met and the populace will pay for the up keep and support of the old RS.

Will we get to keep our items and stats and bring them to old RuneScape?

If not, please make this an option so we don't have to play 2007 as noobs!!

Major props to you, Jagex. I started in 2005 and I absolutely love the game how it is now. It would be cool to visit an old school server and it's awesome to be a part of a game with a dev team that cares about the community so much.

Forget what other people say. You guys are awesome.

While we are on the subject of lost data how about telling us how you managed to lose account starting dates data of some accounts dating back to 2001-2002 from classic free to play days,somewhere along the many updates data was lost regarding account starting dates and after seeing what you have just admitted to i'm not surprised how you did lose it.
Tell the people here that had an account dating back then how you managed to lose their information ,was it in one of those lame updates maybe the big one from classic to the new runescape back then ?
