Desperation at it's finest Jagex. If you truely believe all the decisions you've made and content you've added to the game over the past 5 years then you would tell people to adjust. With this poll you've finally hit the lowest of the low.

With this poll, you've thrown away any integrity you (Jagex) have left, but not only that. You've also thrown away any integrity you have as professional game designers. You have shown that if we, the consumers, throw enough money in your lap, then you will practically let us design the game, which is everything but professional. There is a reason you make this game and not us Jagex and that is because if the playerbase is allowed to control the updates, this **** happens, and you've just gone and opened that door right up.

I've played since 2004. The first time I truely unsubbed because of your decisions Jagex was Welps. But I came back. Then I left again at Solomon's and your unkept promise of putting bank slots on the Loyalty store (among other things). But I came back. But now, undermining the very structure that makes up game development? I wish I had not bought so many months of subscription right now because as a student in software development, your disregard for even the most basics of designing a game (i.e. you are the game designer for a reason, not these forum monkeys) has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

I seriously hope that in these following months you really get your **** together Jagex because you have now dug yourself into a very deep hole from which you may not recover.

Finally, I’m very happy to report that we have indeed managed to recover a full RuneScape backup from August 2007. This is a complete snapshot of the game, which we have been able to verify would work, with some time and effort invested in it. Ironically, in October 2007 we actually changed our backup systems, so we have no complete content versions from August onwards that are viable for this purpose.

Okay good to see this happening BUT:

If the poll is going to last 2 weeks and only Members can vote then you need to at least make it so: The last 2 days the vote is open to everyone or people with a certain total level.

I also disagree with starting at level 3 again with nothing complete that has to be changed..
