Old School RuneScape Anyone?

Okey, just first, i really thank you jagex for making this happend, i really enjoyed the 2005-2008 time so i really thank you with all my heart.
But when thats all done, i just dont figure out why the polls is just for members? we are not enough people that want this to happend to get the 750,000 votes.
So i was just wondering how you were thinking this should happend? most of the people that want 07 rs back is people that have quitted so you want people to pay extra to join the game just to vote and maybe it wont even happend, ofcourse now its almost 250k votes, but to make 07 rs a dream and wich everyone wants we need a 500k, and maybe 750k votes. we are no where near that and we wont be either.
but jokes aside.
bring rares;d ive almost maxed rs Eoc now and all i actually played eoc rs for was because i want a partyhat, i havent had one since 04 and i regret that i ever sold it.
So please bring rares into rs07 everyone wants them in the game

I got some questions:
- They announced every account will start from scratch, does this mean we get to choose a new character name? Because in 2007 we didn't login with our e-mail so some of the accounts created after the login change will have no username, how is this going to be handled?
- Will event items (Santa hat, h'ween masks, partyhats) be implemented into the game? Since those events were before 2007, how are the items going to be added into the game?
