Me, my girlfriend, and her sister would absolutely come back playing if these servers are free with no extra cost. I enjoyed rs when it first started especially these old school servers. It would be great to relive that feeling again. Please make this happen guys.

We quit rs simply because it became infested with updates that weren't needed. I am not going to pay to make a vote either so if you want your vets back Jagex give us a chance to vote who don't pay for membership. I am 23 and make a living. I am not going to pay for a game that I grew to hate simply because you were ******* out updates and having to pay for it again for a possibility for the great game you once had. If your hyping this up then give it to us for free not simply because these modern players don't want it because they will be playing the "main game" anyways.

For one, many of us vets are 20+ now and do not have the time to remake accounts, especially if we are not certain of their value in years to come (will the server flop? etc.)

Additionally, this 2007 server will actually be incredibly boring for the first year or two if we all start fresh! Skeptics hear me out- Those of us with dreams of PKing in the 2007 wilderness will realistically have to wait 1-2 years until rune is affordable for PKing; There really aren't many fun weapons or builds for PKing that can be built with an empty economy. Think of the rampant botting: What better way to make it to the top than train while you sleep?

I feel like I'm being punished for the split in servers as all my hard work on my pure is worth nothing if I can't PK with it. I would like to see stats crossover between servers, so that people can level up stats in the efficient 2013 game and then bring them to the 2007 private servers at anytime for fun (PKing etc). If you WANT to be level 3, let that be an option too

Actually, most of the weapons up to adamant were able to be bought in NPC shops.

As for rune, for f2p, it would be nice to actually have rune become a hard to get item again for once instead of being able to buy like 200 off of some guy for 10k apiece.

Starting the game from scratch makes the top tier weapons harder to get, and a game where every item is easy to get isn't very challenging now is it?

@ Mechwolf: This thought had crossed my mind, but then again, it would turn 2007 RuneScape into a big huge race or contest among the players to see who could get a Level 99 skill first. And I am willing to bet Jagex has a plan to hand over a prize to the person (Or people) who get a 99 Skill first.

Early Game EoC Is Broken - Could Hit 500k Votes :) - By RuneSharkVideos on youtube.
Summary of vid: 250k votes are almost guaranteed, if we are really lucky; 500k votes.
As the title says: Early Game(The first days of gameplay) EoC(the current game) Is BROKEN! As he said: Troll brutes level 2 will be your best friend and levels like prayer is absolutely no problem at all!

SOLUTION: Vote for RS 07, encourage your friends and people in-game to vote and play the game. And of course: Play it yourself :D

And Jagex: MAKE SURE TO GET RID OF EVERY SINGLE BOT IN THE GAME, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CHANCE; BAN THEM AT START!(if I say this maybe at least some bots will be banned), you know Jagex Logic, thats just how they are. Doing alot of Vindicta bossing, need a teammate (i will mage), would prefer a tank with me, add me if u want to duo Vindicta, im often playing!!

If it wasn't in 07, i don't think they'll add something like that to the game. But when you played back then, didn't you have at least one friend that u raced to get a 99 skill anyway? i know i did before they all quit lol.

As for me, when 07scape comes back, i won't really care about skilling because i'll be too busy getting a team to train with so we can come into pvp as a strong clan.

they are only making old school servers to try and end private servers. they dont really care about th3 old rs or its players.

that's the truth. why else would thy force everyone to play the eoc in the first place without giving them the option to continue playing the old rs in the first place.

jagex reachd a settlement with 2006 scape, 2006 scape with 500,000 registerd mmbers would close if jagex aggred to make a 2007 version of the game

the cats out of the bag now Jagex. Spread the word
