please don't make us start all over on this awesome 2007 server.
I hate the eoc, don't make me have that as my only option other than starting over.
it took me years to get where I am. why should I disregard that because most of these veterans want to experience the full nostalgia of being a noob?
they can just make a lvl 3 account..But no no NO NO, they want the whole community to start over. I find this selfish, atleast backup my account like it was in 2007.

most of you who are starting over need to really look at your live's and ask yourself if you have enough time to do it all over again. most of us have work, kids and school.
this is simply not fair jagex, please don't reset everyone. it should be an option not a policy.

@Raw Many people don't even want rares in the servers. Over 50% from the polls I've seen so your 100k+ way off buddy. Only way to be fair is none or untradable simple. Rares are useless cool looking things and I bet that is how they will end up. Jagex has admitted they hated making tradable rares and wouldn't do it again if they went back.

this is a great start, but imo, it'd be better if old runescape replaced EoC. or there were EoC servers, since i think EoC is the real minority here, EoC really ruined the spirit of the game, and from what i hear made it more like WoW, and generally just made it a lot less desirable'

all i can say is if we dont reach 500k votes, i dont really see this being a lasting feature to runescape. sure it may be around but eventually it'll just be an afterthought where people will spend maybe 30 minutes or so per day on 2007 rs and then hurry back to the current version so they dont fall behind in the main version of the game. i have no doubt 2007 rs will be highly popular for the first year or so, but eventually people will either revert back to the main game (majority) or move to a different game (minority).

it will all depend if we reach the inclusive access w/ members or if we have to pay an additional 5 dollars (assuming we pass the 250k votes to avoid a 15 dollar charge)

I still say...they had to of made a backup before the release of EOC...Scrap the 2007 server, that will probably die out eventually, and save the server space for making a pre-EOC servers. Then let the numbers do the talking. If Jagex is smart and sees more people on the non-EOC servers, maybe they will realize what people actually want. Since, this is "OUR YEAR"!

First: This is an amazing idea and if my stupid bank would allow me to get membership i would certainly do it.(gotta get that fixed :/)

Second: I absolutely LOVE this idea. i started playing Runescape in January 2007, so this would be like when i stated which is fantastic.

Third: The Grand Exchange(GE) should not be implemented and it would be more fun to trade the way it used to be.

Fourth: Is it not possible at all to have the stats we did back then, okay maybe not all the items and such but it should be possible and it would likely get more people to come back, I think we should have all the stats and such(items if possible) that we had at that point. Im sure its all there and would be greatly appreciated and im hoping alot of poeple agree with me.

Overall great Idea and you all at Jagex just keep amazing me. :)
