Your main game does not offer the level of service that say Blizzard offers their players. Now you're suggesting people pay you more than they pay Blizzard? Their players receive a quality product updated regularly but ALSO receive customer support that you cannot hold a candle to including but not limited to character/account/item restorations when they're hacked or even just accidentally sell something to an npc or destroy the item. After considering that last bit alone its pretty clear/embarrassing that you're basically willing to rob your customers blind by comparison. Your price point is fair for the main game but this is somewhat shameful"



Sure Blizzard have great customer service, but their actual game is not worth the £8.99 due to the utter lack of updates. Latest example of this being that there is due a 10month gap between content updates (4.1 - 4.2).

However i do agree that Jagex don't stand a chance if their price for runescape 2007 servers is anything over £7, especially if it is only going to receive maintenance with no updates and limited support

To everyone who wants to import their stats, shut up.

Those with high stats would instantly be able to monopolize on this new economy (farming whips, d bows, barrows etc.) and demand unrealistic prices for them. This should be a fresh start in every way i have even played since 2005 and i am all for this full restart. sure it blows that my 6 99's will be gone but thinking back on it when i really applied myself to leveling up is when i made any real progress towards maxing a stat. now that i know how to level quickly it will take me a 1/4 of the time i spent in this game to get where i was, sure that will take awhile still but i'd rather my hard work be in a fun environment without broken weapons and abilities (chaotics and curses). getting these 99's will be five times as important in 2007scape as they are in 2013scape where 99 str doesn't mean jack

also if we don't wanna pay $20 monthly then we should pay the $8 (or $2) now and get the price down. Jagex has to be pretty dumb to just rake in all these new memberships and then not release this, the backlash would be overwhelming. Also if we get to say 350k votes for it and during the first month of it we stay well above the peak players of EoC this means 2007scape is just as good as it was before. Thus Jagex should at this point separate 2007scape from 2013scape and allow you to choose which you want to pay for. This would convince the remaining players who have not returned to consider it more seriously. If they charged the original fee for runescape back in 2007 for 2007scape without having to pay for 2013scape this would bring em back.

I think Jagex is secretly trying to get us all to play 2007scape get tired of the old and want change so we will move over to 2013. Unfortunately players who tire of 2007scape will do what they would have done in 2007 QUIT THE GAME
