Have you or Jagex realised that on the Hiscores, There is thousands of bots with basicly the same usernames... that are exploiting the free membership thing for 1 month****. 9skey0k-ksnd

Can you please tell us, The players that you are trying to combat this issue?

Also,

I've heard alot of botting sites are going to camp the game, as soon it's released, Can Jagex swiftly try and deter them again?

It goes back to the passion for the game again i think lol.Many are very distrustful of mmg now.We all want to play and it's hard not to be thinking sceptically i guess.I'm trying to just stay happy that i am about to play rs again.But i do hope the price is not to high becasue that will drive many away,that we bed sad and a missed opportunity for jagex. it can very well be what the community wants, but the reality is, Jagex is getting money both ways, making non members subscribe, and knowing there won't be enough votes to matter.

even if it does go up, like it was mentioned earlier, it will end up being 22 dollars a month.

the community is both parties, both the non members and the members.
I mentioned earlier, this was pretty much a slap in the face for non members.

the bot problem is going to always be an issue. it's an issue in almost every game on the internet.

botters have one huge problem, unable to play the game to the fullest, they think high levels = fun, but in reality its like putting cheats in a game. you can only have so much fun before being "all powerful" isn't fun anymore*

** botters, I pity thee
and I pity Jagex for really caring for the community (aka Jagex cares for their own agenda/wallet)

i really hope its free for everyone, but real talk not too many ppl will want to pay 22 bucks a month for the lowest lvl of service. For 22 bucks they need the best service...im just saying... Thats why ppl think its set to fail. I know the community active and inactive can make a difference but its hard when you got f2per who dont want to invest and members and f2pers pulling every excuse out of their bum then yeah its not going to go too well.

Hi guys first off I would like to say thank you too everyone at jagex personally I have been playing this game for like 7 years now and a lot of my old friends have quit but in the last few days I have seen people on just to vote that I havn't seen on in years, so THANK YOU :D

However I also think that the target's are a bit unrealistic and I think you should make it free to all if it reaches 250k+

i have not played runescape for a long while because i hated the changes. If the 07 servers come back, I will be more than happy to become a member again. i cant vote because of not being a memby but i will just wait and let jagex decide if i play again.
But if the prices are going to be high monthly then i wont bother.

I have been playing RS since 2001. I have been P2P on and off for way over half of that time. I would never of stayed with this game if it had costed 15 - 20 dollars a month not even to this day. I would much rather be lost in something else for that price.
