1/7th of 750 is a little over 107k. using fractions is not precise numbers, and i didnt intend it to be that.

I said 20% to teir 3 which is 500k, not 750, so it comes about at that percentage (granted if you want to get precise, its now 21%). frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

I really think there should be rares in these servers... Please find a way of randomly distributing them without too much hoarding or any unfair advantages =)
