2001 runescape classic player here. One of the happiest days in my runescape career. Been off runescape since late 2009 because of the updates. AMAZING to see this happen, I'm OVERLY excited. Getting membership just to vote. We need this Jagex.

a poll showed the ge was one of the most LOVED updates of its time. IF we get 750k jagex has said we will get to vote on what updates we want, and the ge is likely to be returned to the game. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

first off I want to thank all members who have voted for the 2007 server, regardless of how many do vote (and this is only the first day), we will get a 2007 server back now. I dont care what it costs, anything is better than what we have now with eoc***** will have egg on their face, but at least they admit it, and will give the real rs players what they want, a fun game with a community spirit....... when was the last time someone said to you nice cape?????? I am really looking forward to this.

only merchants hated the ge, and they were in the minority. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

How to get 2 votes for $2. Follow step by step:

1. Log in to the website

2. Scroll over to the top right corner of the page and hover your mouse over "Account".

3. Select "Recruit a friend"

4. Scroll down the page and click the green button saying "Recruit friends now"

5. Copy-paste the link or enter an unused email address of yours.

6. Follow the link to create a new account ( create a new email address if you do not have an unused one)

7. Wait for 24 hours.

8. Log-in with your newly-created account and use the offer giving you a membership with a 75% discount ($1.98).

9. Once done, you will receive membership on your main account as the referrer.

10. Vote for 2007 on both accounts.

11. Repeat the above as many times as you can afford.

^ All that wont work anymore. they have set it so only 1 Vote Per IP is now possible.. So you can now only Vote once from your home IP. You will either need to reset your computers IP in order to vote on more than one account or use a viable Proxy to hide behind.

The Problem with using a proxy is that it may or may not be safe to do so. Not all Proxy's are safe.

I think a person can like all versions of the game 07 or EOC we dont have to pick sides

I like both, ive always liked this game, and i like it both pre EOC and EOC, both are good and enjoyable in their own way

It would be kinda cool to have both although i dont think i could keep myself entertained on a 07 and while starting from scratch is the right thing to do, I simply dont have time for it

That said 07scape should be left just the way it is, no content that wasnt present then should be put in, after all we do want that "old school" vibe.

I wish the vote luck and if it comes down to like a few votes for one of the landmarks at the end Ill get mems just to vote for you guys!

Will we get to keep our items and stats and bring them to old RuneScape?

If not, please make this an option so we don't have to play 2007 as noobs!!
