I made my account back in 2007. The only downside I see is I'm level 199 right now and starting all over again in the old server would be a pain and take more time. Is there any possibility that our accounts could transer between servers? Maybe give the option to do it permanently on your first log in? I've put a lot of work and time into this account, but I also prefer the 2007 era. I'd be torn between which one to pursue.

I think GWD should return but without any gwd armour/weapons

In my opinion the introduction of the new gear and the new weapons started to collapse runescape apart, but in the other hand with the gwd update jagex introduced the new era of boss fighting. You have to agree with me, runescape, b4 gwd update, really lacked PvE boss content that was properly challenging, ok you can argue that KQ is/was really hard but u know it was just one and you could only in most of the times do 3/4 fights b4 teleporting out.

Dagannoth Kings was nice but after a while it would turn almost in a "afk farm dragon axes".

Imagine killing the gwd bosses without summoning, it would be awesome.

In terms of drops, Idk maybe just make them drop dragon armour instead of gwd specific gear.

I've put thousands of hours into my account, getting over 900m xp, but I'm willing to start from scratch. Just think of it as a new start or adventure, and think of the competition that will ensue.

Excellent troll by jagex, but I'm falling for it anyway, so much so, in fact, that all of my friends and I are getting more than one member to vote so that I can save money in the long run by not having to pay 20$ a month. What Jagex did that was so foolish by eliminating pures is that most people with a pure also had a main. At one point I can remember myself having 5 different accounts that were members at the same time. I'm not the only one. Someone else who quit, outbreak313 to name specifically, I knew to have 12 members.

In essence, Not only were they getting rid of pures, but they were getting rid of the mains too. Eoc just doesnt allow for any uniqueness in account style. Everybody works to achieve the same type of account. Thanks why I quit. I loved having different types of pures. When I got bored of using a certain pure, I'd log onto my tank ranger. When I was tired of tank ranging, I'd hop on my rune pure. All that translates to $$ for jagex. This is the smartest thing Jagex has done in a long time.

I really hope we can have our stats and quests completed on the new servers.. I'm totally fine to start with bronze armour and no money etc etc etc, but to start the WHOLLEEE thing again i.e level 3, no quests and nothing would be REEEALLYY annoying

However I don't want to seem ungrateful and am therefore happy with getting the server back, but ugh nearly maxed pures take achieve to get and I don't know if i can be bothered spending another 4 years doing it !
