How DARE you require a membership to vote? You have potentially millions who loved and left the game, but you don't care about their opinions unless they pay you to listen?

If I pay for membership, vote, and the 2007 servers aren't implemented, I will have given you money for a service I hate.

You guys say you're a business, but this is a low move to try to suck money out of me.

I havent played since 2010. And im willing to start playing again. Starting fresh for me is NOT an option specially when ive worked really hard for my acc, there should be a feature to at least reset your summoning skills and those skills that get your combat up. I mean reset the stats and just leave the skills that we had in 07. That would be fine with me. BUT NOT START FROM SCRATCH. Thats so unfair. Specially when ive worked over 4 years in my acc to be how i am .

This makes me very pleased with jagex and how they are finally listening to the players about different versions of the game. As for myself, I started in 2006, and I will never forget the days of wandering around trying to find my way to varrock and avoid the scorpions in the al-kharid mine =). This was my favorite time period of RS and I have many fond memories such as these, as well as how much fun castle wars use to be!

As for those who are complaining about having an extra fee or wanting a different time period, just be glad there is a poll and we each have a vote. Those of you who only want to keep the EOC, stop being inconsiderate and selfish. There are many players who wish they could rewind time and go back to the old days, which is what we are finally getting the chance to be able to do. Thank you very much for giving us the chance to play the game we all know and love :)

P.S.
I only have the name I currently have because "Rs 2006 Ftw" was declared as "inappropriate" and "offensive", so I changed it to this and have had it for months =p

Just reminding u guys who are complaining about needing to be a member to vote, if u vote for the old school servers u will get 1 months free membership on it. Also, if it was available for free players to vote then people could just make lots of accounts and Jagex wouldn't get a legitimate result.

Mc Remix: I agree with you that it would really suck to start from scratch, but I think you're being a little too harsh. If you don't like it that much you can continue to play the normal version of RS. Anyway, I think there should be some sort of compromise, like letting us transfer over our money to the 2007 version. If people want to play the 2007 version, they shouldn't be penalized losing everything. I don't see why starting from scratch is necessary
