release holiday items chronologically from years 2004-2007 and dont release ever again while (after we get 750k votes im sure we will talk with our team about this)
we can decide what to do for the following holidays to come?

re-post the releasing in 3 years time identical to years 2004-2007 cause its going to most likely happen this way anyhow

here is an idea, dont include rares at the begging but when the game is established have jagex mods own the rares. and when players have the money they can go to the rare trading area outside falador(or wherever it may be this time) and purchase the rares at a price around 500m a partyhat or something until the rares are all player owned.. that way people must play the game to earn one. this is just an idea for those who want them. Or another idea is again jagex mods have them and players are rewarded them with good behaviour. botting accounts then wont get any and what better way to promote good behaviour then a partyhat as a reward ;) thanks for listening to the players jagex going to pay whatever the cost is to play this game. and it is easily affordable to anyone even at 15us just dont be lazy and help your parents at home or get a job.
