Just wanted to say a couple things about the recent news of Jagex bringing a "2007 version" of the game back. First of all I have regained a lot of respect for Jagex that I had lost with the addition of the squeal of fortune and Solomon store updates. But Jagex has now shown that they are willing to listen and truly care about what the community has to say.
Second, before ANOTHER person posts complaining that they want a 2010 version or a 2011 version or whatever. They already said that this was the only version of the game that they were able to recover. So quit posting hateful comments about this being a "bad" version of the game.
Lastly, to all the people who aren't planning to vote because you like EoC better. I personally enjoy the EoC, but I would also love to go back and be able to relive the old rs days. I would highly encourage you to vote for it if, for no other reason, to give the players who wish to pk in the old runescape or race to be the first to 99 slayer or whatever a chance do to it again as it was done back in the olden days of runescape.

He didnt say members, he said active accounts, which includes f2p.

some are below level 30 in total levels, while the majority are f2p. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

Such hostility, marisa. Calm yourself, or remove yourself. I didn't claim to a master of all runescape players, and who is online, and when. I'm talking about facts that Jagex posted on this forum and above all else... COMMON. SENSE. Which appears to not be very common.
