They haven't said anything about rares except that they are open to discussion about it.

With that in mind, I propose having a 2-3% chance of getting a rare when you vote on the poll. This would encourage people to vote on the poll for a greater sample size of the playerbase. Also it would not flood the game with rares.

"Honestly people are stupid asking for their stats to be transfered to the server. First off, this would completely ruin the economy. All the maxed leveled people would be able to farm the high level content and have complete control over it, not fair at all. Second, they stated that this will be completely separate from the main game, so if they went against this and allowed people to transfer stats, that would also completely ruin skilling in the 2007 server. Why bother training any skill when there are so many more easy ways to train it on the main game, and then just simply 'transfer' your skills over. Starting fresh it how it should be, and honestly if people dont like that then dont play, simple"

This is amazing. That was my favorite part of Runescape, although I'm 18 now. And I do have a job. And I work alot, I think the Skill Reset is a good idea. Even though some of use may not have time, just think of the nostaliga this produces? Starting over fresh, everyone having to re-train skills. Everyone would have tp craft and stuff first before anyone could just buy everything like they can now in the Ge and stuff. Just like in Classic. Best Jagex post over, everyone, let's do this. You know we can!
