YES bring the old RUNESCAPE back! I miss the old pking! I would Love if this were to happen! Anyone agree? I also miss the old xp gaining system aswell.I look formward to this Please everyone Get us to level 4! ~Pyro27 ^_^

I dont get the difference between 3 and 4. Both say no membership fees but the 4th level says free part of the game for all. How is that possible if there are no fees in either?
