I think rares should be released as they were on the holidays but perhaps in limited numbers. Maybe release a set number in random places in the game each day who ever gets them gets them and thats the end of it. As an example a single Christmas Cracker could spawn by the goblins in Lumbridge and would stay for an hour before dissappearing if not picked up. This would keep it random for who gets them and prevent one person from grabbing 20 of them if he/she is the only one around and the limited numbers should give them value. For the untradables I suppose you can just have those events over again until all of them are released.

I understand it would be a hard thing to implement but rares are kind of a big part of RS and not having them would really suck. :(

How to get 2 votes for $2:

Would the large dev team be a new separate team to the current rs, or will they be some of the team from current rs taken to do that?
(Hope it's a new team or to still have the same amount on the current game).

Best Runescape day I have had in years. I haven't felt excited about this game since the beginning of that Triumvirate community game Jagex attempted.

I am even getting FB messages from people I haven't seen on RS in many, many years telling me to vote!

Edit, to the poster above me:

Bounty Hunter was added to the game as a replacement for the wild, so no it wasn't in the game in August 2007.

Wilderness portals were in the game though, and a whole lot of fun!
