Consider this, the more members that vote the cheaper it would ultimately be for everyone and hopefully reach the point where it doesn’t cost you a penny more and could simply be offered as part of your existing membership - Even if you don't intend to use it I think that's a nice thing to do for your friends**

**-Post this so that those with negative views can see that some people, (including me) may still have a passion towards this game during this time period. Nevertheless, i beg you on behalf of many players whom enjoy Runescape during 2007 to Please Vote!

Do NOT abuse it by refunding membership or whatever. It will only come back to bite you with Jagex dismissing those voting results at the final countup.

Asking for refunds like that actually costs Jagex money - Money they could be using to get the server up and running. You are doing more harm than good.

750k votes is Rediculous! you Slowly Kept pushing the Community Away. the players have made sacrifices and all that jagex can say is. "well if it's not worth our time we won't do it" pretty much....

make Awesome servers without a rediculous expectation of votes and players come back on their own.

Anyone who thinks this is bad and will vote against it is not a true member of the Runescape community. All you new players make me sick.

I have an idea that would allow potential players to vote.

For a start, I for one have had my account hacked on the previous RS servers. I think, since the 2007 servers will be a "fresh start," that there should really be no created accounts on the server when it starts. EXCEPT! (Now here's where the potential voting comes in)

Have a PREPAY fee saying that YES, I AM GOING TO PLAY THIS WHEN IT IS PASSED! for maybe a dollar or so.

With this option, the players that are not members at the time, including myself that LOVE the old RuneScape and don't care too much for the current RuneScape will have a chance to say they actually want you to put these servers up.

Also, besides the vote, players that have "Prepayed" will also get to create their character, and potentially choose a unique username. I know you tried to free up some of the names in the past, but they were mostly all taken by spammers who didn't play once again.

With this prepay option you not only give us, we the non-members at the moment but have been members on RuneScape for yeaaars, the ability to say we are interested in playing again, you give us the ability to choose an account name before the mad rush of name hoarders come into play, you gived hacked members a chance of freedom, and you give us a better grip of hope for that 500k+ mark!

As I said before, this idea is monetary advised and it WILL cost an additional fee to submit your vote. This will help your cause with a fair and unrigged pole, heck you can even make the prepay $5 USD and I'll still sign up and cast my vote!

I really support you in this decision though JaGex, I've been a RuneScaper for just over 9 years before I quit last year and I would really like to give my support to MY RuneScape!

I hope you see my idea clearly, if you have any questions I will check regualry.
Also, if anyone else has opinions on this idea, I would love to see what you come up with.

You ruin the game over and over and a lot of people stuck with it. Now you finally see what everyone was so against with the EoC and so now you decide that ya you were wrong and you'll listen to us finally, but obviously there is a catch. Only members can vote, seems to me and a lot of others that this is just another way for you to gouge money out of us.
