People not voting is terrible. You whine we want it, you whine now we have our chance. Your vote means you click something, simple. You don't have to play, or pay extra for it. At least let us older folk have our game how we want it.

Its a separate team, so nothing will be lost in yours.
It CAN be free to you if you already pay
But you have to vote. regardless of if you want it, what's the loss ?

As for resetting account, i remember starting new toons every few months that's was part of it and they are toying with the idea of giving us one time drop events. So the economy can blossom and such as it did over time. As some one who played from classic - '07 i would personally love to see the economy start a new again.

and once more, what do you lose from any of this. Except one click of a tree ?

Just started playing again after almost a year of not playing.
I came back to find this new EoC update and I must say I really dislike it.
Last time I played I could do minigames like castle wars and you saw people talking everywhere. Now it's all dead.

I really hope the new 07 server will come and that a lot of people will switch so the current servers become even more empty. Maybe then Jagex will acknowledged that the new updates are horrible.

Would love to see 2007 scape come back :) But im not sure about the extra cost, and seeing as I bought the golden membership package im probably not going to buy anymore till it runs out... :S

Highlight Two issues that keep coming up are rares and account stats.

1. Starting at level 3 again will be a bit of a hassle.

2. There were rares back in 2007, leaving them out wouldn't be a wise move since they've been there so long anyway.

3. I think, if possible, we should retain the stats we had at the time in 2007. And rares should still be in.

My Reply....

1. Starting fresh is the only way to do this right. You have NO economy and we need to build the base or it will collapse. Yes it might take months before we start seeing Whips and such.

2. Rares are Da Debil. They were a mistake the first time and we don't need them again. You can't inject them into the game from current users. It would make them Ultra-Rare because we have no idea how many players that have them would transfer over. IF they want to inject them it would have to be a matter of re-creating the event but I would hope everyone got one......that would be a ROFLMAO. They serve no real purpose other than Epeen Stroking at best. I could have bought one with all the gold I had when I quit and let it sit in my bank for the last 3 years or simply dropped it and took it out of the game. Who could buy them we all start with no gold!

3. Letting us keep our stats would break the economy. Let's face it not all of us had a bunch if any 99s back in 07. If you want to play this server you have to make a commitment. If you come in with 99s you have NOTHING to do and will be standing around complaining or here on the forums ranting how fail the new server is.

Start fresh and race to 99 that's where the fun is going to be.
