I will vote yes, even though I probably wont play the 2007 server at all because I find the game much better as it is now. But this will be awesome for all you old school pkers.

I am an old school skiller who loved making armor, potions and other things for the PKers, it isn't just for PKers! Respect, man.

I think you should make 2 polls a member and non member,because most of the old players arent member anymore and then compare the 2 polls.
I hope it will come back and if i begin to see that its getting positive vote's i might consider making myself member again just so i can vote.

In regards to the question of "rares."

In my opinion you could go about this in a few ways..

1) On a random day, just drop Party hats, santas, masks etc. on the ground just like you did all those years ago and whoever gets them, gets them, if not tough luck and over time they will became a "rare."

2) Make a shop that sells each rare at a set price for an X-amount of coins ex. Blue Partyhat 300m and then you can just buy it from the shop if you want to have one.

3) Just give them out to everyone and make them non-tradeable. Rares were never suppose to happen in the first place, but I see why people want them and I'd be okay with them, but id have no problem with them being free or something I mean who cares if they make you look "wealthy" they still make you look fresh.

4) Dont put them in. Simple as that.

Also, thanks for actually reading the feedback, for years I just thought we were ignored but I can tell you are reading EVERY post to make sure you get this right. I gain more and more respect for you guys everyday.
