Hello Jagex,

Not sure if it's okay to post this here, but I've been willing to inform you about this for a while now. Putting the word "RuneScape" through Google Trends gives an insight into the search volume RuneScape is receiving. I find it quite interesting to look at, although it's quite sad to see how the searches are going down and are used in a more negative way. Six out of the ten fastest growing searches are related to private servers, gold or bots.

Q1: How are you going to change this?

When free trade and the wilderness were brought back it was said you would be ready to reinstall them into the game. Clearly you were not. What's annoying me the most is the time it takes to go from denial towards an excuse.

Q2: How can you possibly wait two years before accepting you made a mistake and should apologize? If you're not going to do any better than that you should just give up on RuneScape, no more false hope, please. Part of the

Really?? eoc is more boring than the previous system? yea ok bro. Pvp isn't the main focus of this game and never has been. People don't play this game just for the pvp. (granted, some do) I for one play this game because there is so much more to do besides combat, which is extremely rare among mmo's. The new combat system is awesome. Yes it could use some work but it is pretty cool and far from boring when compared to the old click and wait battle system.

Give them a break dude. Some people do enjoy change, some people do enjoy things other than pvp, and a lot of people do like the eoc.

Glad to hear this . However, Mark Gerhard, I warn you. Trust is a fragile thing. I hope you realize and remember that. I have canceled my membership for now but I hope you and your company will follow through on these promises and help make this game what it once was. I do agree alot of the updates have been great but my trust and faith in jagex and your ethos has been severely undermined by your miscommunication and failure to follow through on what you have promised the players. I truly hope these arent more empty words because I would love to e able to feel like I can trust you and your company again to do what you say. Your players put untolds amount of time into this game, into their accounts, and I appreciate the thank you from you to the members for that. Please follow through on this promise. I love runescape and would love to get back to playing the game that I love.

Instead we would have main bots and the gamblers would just migrate to price manipulating clans and scam/spam/make money that way.
