Dear Jagex,

Would one you kind people please now fix the issue of logging in to the actual game, yes I am aware that you have suggested the use of the downloadable client, but it doesn't work for me and others.
The issues are listed here;

Whats the point of 6 Months free, if we can't get onto the game?

This is great I'm a veteran player from 01 (on another account + this account **so has 10 year vet cape) I'd like to say thanks for giving me the opportunity to be able to play on the old servers again, I love EOC but I love the old Runescape more especially for the reasons that I grew up playing this game, I was in a great clan called The Blacknights where I met and got to know alot of great people all because of this game.

Although I don't have the time to play as much as I used to I love to be able to play now on the game I spent my childhood on again now in my spare time, so again Thank's for the memory's Jagex!

Well many of us 'old school loyal players' knew you'd do this as you knew that
500-750k votes was unachieveable and you would make a 'gesture' otherwise
called butt licking to make up for the failed EOC, SOF cash for gold updates
ect that caused so much angry reaction towards you.
Another money spinner to get members to join just to vote but won't pay
your high fees to play 2007.
You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.
Bring back RS NOV 2012 PRE EOC which you claim to have thrown away then
watch your membership grow back as i along with other vets will or have quit
when current subscription expies. I will not and won't lose all my stats ect to
pay you to make me a lvl 3,if i wanted to i would make a new account not have
one forced on me i don't have the time i used to have,this account has been built
up gradually over 7 years not by playing 24/7 i won't play EOC much longer.RIP RS. .And now the end is near its time to raise the final curtain.
Regrets i have a few, but i did it my way.

lol thx for old skool rs servers, but if u wanted an honest poll ... u shouldnt have made it mems only :P thats was stupid wouldve been a fairer vote if u made it available to every1 but hey we got servers bk neways :P

Gee, I even edited my post to cover the holes in my own opinion, that being the innocents.
So I'll reiterate for the sillies and the idiots.


- I'm glad the service is here, everyone deserves to play what they want
- It's great that they gave 6 months for free, it helps those that are playing and is in stark contrast to the usual money-grubbing folks like to call the bugle on

- I am not happy with the word-twisting and very-near lies that have resulted from this situation, though I shouldn't be surprised by it
- I am not happy with the absolute fact that many of the people that supported and are now playing Old School are the same whiny, vocal minority that they are now trying to paint myself and others as




Get it straight, folks.


By the way, 3x3, my friends don't take my opinion as a direct affront to their own.

Awesome, thank you, Jagex! Even though we didn't hit the mark, you guys are generous enough to give it to us. I'm definitely going to be on RuneScape more often knowing that I can relive the good old days with the old graphics and challenges.
