Bots and Cheaters Banned

Dear: To whom this may concern:
Ive just came back into playing this game after about 5or 6 years and Ive always loved it, but now things have changed for the worse, i love the new updates don't get me wrong, but i cant go to make money in the game without seeing a bot, and not just 1 or 2, im talking 5 to 10 of them. With everyone botting its messing up the grand exchange real players cant sell what they need as fast, and prices get screwed up because of constant massive flow of botted wood, fish, dragon hide , anything really that a player can profit from, its messing up the suplly and demand in the game.. i mean even today i go to a dungeon and try to get blue d hides to later on tan, and there's 15 level 200s just in there wear the exact same Armour!!!, and noone talks they all wear dragon full helm, granite pl8 i want to say and d legs with a whip and anti fire sheild, and there level 200 but all of them show there totall skill and there in the 500s... and i even report them and nothing happens now i stayed there and hopped into different worlds, such as England to east coast and west coast united states, i understand not every bot can be stopped, but when there's starting to become more bots than actual players it just makes me wish it was still 2006, i love this game to death ive been playing for 10 years almost, it feels like a long time of investing my time and money for so long into a game that a lot of people feel is going down hill, please can someone please tell me whats going on about this i don't wanna see this game lose anymore actual players, ive got a lot of ideas i would like to share to someone who can do something,
