L.O.L seriously sad new player who like the eoc updates and loving these new updates
ive been playing this game in 2005 first of all you have crashed runescape in 2006 when you have removed the wilderness , released this bs grand exchange and this all updates of bs , and now you gonna crash this game with this eoc updates u just ruin this game yourself jagfail , For all who dont like this updates just reply to this and cancel membership , This game are a carbage now , runescape server are bether now

Just open youre eyes jagex when you gonna see jagex gonna crash , and for all new played just enjoy this bs game and grow up

I'm sure Jagex staff will take your post seriously, since you've put so much though into it.

If you haven't noticed, I'm wearing a 10-year vet hood. I've actually been playing this game longer than that. Not that my opinion matters more than yours. However, there are some of us Veterans that actually enjoy the EoC. The current combat (as of 11/19/2012) is stale, and in dire need of a refresh.

The one thing I can say is look forward to future bossing capabilities. It won't be just "Click, wait, drink pots/eat food, dodge once in a while", but rather getting a proper team together with friends, clanmates, or even other **Mer's. Getting a team together with tanks (Hp ability - Incite and Defense ability - Provoke), ranged, melee, and mage DPS (2H or Dual-wield) taking on The Kalphite King for example. I am truly excited to see the future content in store for this game.

On a final note, for all the "bs" you seem to speak of about RuneScape updates, your membership seems to of been renewed for this month.

Sorry if this question has already been asked but what will happen to the effects items like dharok sets had? will they completely go away? spent 4m on a full set yesterday, hope it wasnt a waste

Barrows set effects still exist, they only work on auto-attacks however (unless that is going to change with the release). Using barrows in conjunction with Momentum would give the best results for damage/set effects.

If jagex wanted they could have easily done two polls, but apprentlly the eoc lovers would prefer people to jump off a cliff because it's so difficult to write a couple words.

Then again, there are more eoc lovers who flame people that dislike the system, then spend their time telling how they love the system, all based on their 30 minute tutorial and not anything else like pvp or bossing.

If i can also comment...

-Wilderness was removed due to bots which everyone is now complaining about 24/7. You'd support the reason behind that update if you were against ots*

*** is bs? umm okay, even though the community aspect of buying/selling was okay... at the most. Spending hours to sell a item to some guy trying merch/scam me in person. A quick GE transaction removes that annoyance and a quick buy/sale can be done within a few seconds rather than a few minutes/hours.

Infact im going flame you. If the game were full of people like you, the game would of ended 11 years ago on the 4th of January 2001 (the release of RS2) because we wouldn't of evolved from minecraft graphics into what was in the release of rs2 and the game would of ended back then.

Have you seen the current state of the game? Torva was 1b? 970m more than the second best melee set bandos. What kind of balanced hierachy is that? Divine being 600m over DFS. Korasi, Ags, Claws. Everything we've complained about over the years are being fixed. The combat triangle being too overpowered for range, then it was too op for melee, then too op for mage, guess what. Fixed. Wildyness, Clanwars, the biggest pvp sides of the game, which are now dead communities in comparison to what they use be all quit. Bored of this good, but out of date game, which too many op stuff. Brew Flasks... etc etc etc All of this is being fixed, interfaces (RS3) dreadnips, so many things and your complaining? Be APPRECIATIVE pl0x.


PS Jagex. If the update doesnt go ahead tomorrow ima be sad, been waiting since announcement! Not pvp'd in months awaiting this :(

'Old runescape' is old and original as its out of date. I've loved playing, dont like 'dissing' my favorite game but its time for a good change and the eoc is looking that way :)

I agree, it doesn't seem complete and 100% ready (hope it will be tomorrow since Jag have announced allot of updates to be ready by then - i hope a buff to GWD sets ;) ). But i love it!
