The armor does not give stats.

It gives life points and "armor"
then it has a class....

WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

you need to EXPLAIN things Jagex, we need stats!
def stats!@@!!@ not just "armor"
is melee "armor" against a mage fine if your "armor rating" is good.

edit- You are planning to give us BARS instead of your star chart.
again, this does not help us. You need to give us numbers, break it down at LEAST into mage, range, melee defense.

Example:

Rune platebody:
Life point boost= 4000 LP
Class= Melee
Armour:
Melee=+30
Magic=-12
Range=+55

Now doesn't that explain everything?
Sure... keep your bar thing, but give us this!!!!

I spent 2 months making 500m+ for divine when I bought it and ended up having to sell for 275m because of Eoc. When Beta was released divine went from 420m to 275m in about 2 hour. It sucks to spend months making the money and lose almost half of it in a matter of hours in no fault of my own.

Glad to be re-assured of the economic balance that I was certain would eventually come anyways. (Like it always does after huge updates.)

And a small note for those of you who are supposedly "quitting" at EOC. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? QUIT NOW AND STOP BELLYACHING. You know Jagex isn't going to change its mind on this. They already spent hundreds of hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars to develop this system, only to recall it at the last minute and say Gotcha? I think not. GROW UP! Change happens, that is part of life. If you don't like it then go ahead and quit. Jagex has proved that they can survive. (Think back to when the wilderness vanished and "EVERYONE QUIT" at that point.)

And if you're only saying that you're quitting in an attempt to "scare" or "threaten" Jagex into listening to you, then your tactic is flawed. You just told them you intend to quit, so why should they listen to you? They'll focus their attention on listening to those of us who are going to stick around and maintain our membership. Sorry to say to everyone who is UPSET about EOC, but: LIVE WITH IT!

(Yes I realize it's changing everything, upsetting our economy, taking away the weapon specials, upsetting the wilderness balance and all that. But as we've seen NONE OF THAT IS STOPPING THIS UPDATE.) So it's time to either

1) Quit and inform Jagex that you want your account locked or deleted. (So you get taken out of the high scores)

or

2) Keep playing and stop complaining.

You people who worry too much about the price tag of one or two certain items will just have to wait and see where this new combat system takes our economy, all the prices that has been recently crashing are cause by concerned people that think's all their valuable items they currently holding are going to be worthless and useless now that the specs are being removed. Jagex however made new purposes for all this items as a replacement to the old ones if you further read the Passive effects that have been done.

So please Loyal Veterans of Runescape, Don't quit!!! :)
