This was anticipated; It became clear immediately that armors would see eventual price rises and that lower leveled food would follow suit. Resources will increase in price as players decide to powerdrop mining/fishing/woodcutting etc. This will affect all the skills which are aligned to them (I.E smithing, cooking, firemaking, fletching and construction).

The one thing that has become an issue is runecrafting. Runecrafting is my favourite skill yet the profit from it is becoming much much less with every passing day. It is becoming worthwhile to use other skills, sell the resources collected with them and pay for the runes I need...

What makes runecrafting so profitable is that it's a marmite skill - you either love or hate crafting your runes. Most people don't like crafting them and therefore the prices rise as the supply isn't that much. However players like myself really benefited over the years from this but now the use of runes has diminished.

What are the plans to keep runecrafting as luxurious as it once was?

Edit: I am fully supportive of the EOC, I am highly anticipating its release; runecrafting is my only concern with it at the moment :p

So what does Jagex have to say about the current crash of nearly all runes?

Also, this crash is having negative effects, or will have negative effects, on players wishing to train Runecrafting. How do you respond, Jagex?

I'm kind of worried right now.

EDIT: "Edit: I am fully supportive of the EOC, I am highly anticipating its release; runecrafting is my only concern with it at the moment :p" - I feel the same way as the user above me!

With all these new Items, no wonder They introduced the feature to "BUY" extra bank space via Solomon's General Store with Real World Money.

It's not just the In Game Runescape Economy that's going to be effected by the new EOC.

Question's to Jagex

- Will additional bank space be give free of charge to all?
- Will we ever be able to buy additional bank space as mentioned via the Loyalty Points program?
- Any thoughts of adding additional bank space or RuneCoins to the SOF?

Jagex, do you really think most of us got our armor from drops? Well no I spent so many hours slaying and skilling to buy my Bandos and Dragon Plate body. When I bought it was worth around 35m and now its almost 10, you make the math and tell who lost money there.

Because all the specs are gone most players are selling their stuff and see it and a worthless armor or weapon with an ability that might work based on probability. No one wants to have the probability when they can just use it whenever they please. Just look at claws, two weeks before the announcement of Evolution of Combat they were around 21m. Now they are around 8.5m, again make the math and tell all those players that spent many hours to skilling to get them, how much they have lost.

I am just pointing out that because of the consequences of this update many players have rushed to sell their items. They feel betrayed and scammed because they longer served Runescape any value. ( I too have lost confidence in RS ) But once again think about the affects on the community when it comes to an update on armor and weapons.
