Well, we are just finally getting back to normal life where I live after superstorm Sandy, so I haven't been on much since the EOC update.
When I have, I have done slayer, so I feel comfortable with what the abilities are and what not. However, I don't have the right gear anymore and my bank is worthless now.
I would have loved to have participated in the beta, but apparently you guys thought being a member 37/39 months prior to the beta didn't qualify me. Sorry you felt that way, but it made me totally unprepared for the change. Your choice, not mine.
My bank? Worthless by many hundreds of millions now. All my work for years and years is gone because you would not allow me to participate in the beta and get prepared.
So my stats I have worked for for years? Useless, because you have made experience buyable for real world cash and nerfed needing to put something into the game to get something out of the game.
Risk and reward. Gone.
The value of getting experience. Gone.
Bank. Gone.
Hybrid Combat style (which was fun): Gone
The ability to chat with others in game easily: Gone
Right now I get on to send out some ships and log right off ( I do love that update), but how long do you think that will interest me?
Killing my bank, will probably end up being the stick that broke the camel's back for me for Runescape, and if it weren't due primarily because you chose to keep a veteran player from participating in the beta, it probably wouldn't sting so much.
If you think I am going to buy spins to try to win some beefed up special weekend prizes, don't hold your breath that is never going to happen.
You chose to devalue and decimate the experience of player base, it is all on you.
And what is with this enter first to chat?? How could you even release EOC making us do that to talk to each other? I keep priv off and don't go in cc now it is so annoying.
