I worked my butt off over the last two years to get levels and money to get good equipment. It was the most time I spent on this game considering I have been playing for 9 years on and off. Once EoC hit all my work went down the drain. I don't even enjoy the game and did give it a try but I just don't like it anymore. Now that the value of my bank was cut more than half I am just going to stop playing. Not worth another few years.

i talked with another person today at the group home for people with disabilities. she said before eoc they would have there guests play runescape. they used it for group recreation time and group building skills. some have mustle diseases, some are autistic, and other problems. but they do not no how to play runescape eoc. they dont have the brain power do to there disabilities. one guy asked why do we walk funny now fighting is it to make my guy look ******** like me. the lady got upset. these people do not understand why you did this change either. and thats why these whole clans quit. i no one clan in particular because i go to this new york state facility for physical rehab for my injuries.

The reality is that what made runescape better than all of the other mmorp games out there, was that they listen to player feedback and adapted the game accordingly. you can not find rants any more because a few mods said in other forums that eoc is here to stay no matter what. if you dont like it quit. so i went to final fantasy 11 pc game and final fantasy 14 pc game is comming shortly.

Well the economic impact for me is this - cannot buy and sell on ge anymore - it completely clogged - nothing (apart from rubbish) is buying or selling. I spent years building my account (pre eoc lvl 135) I am now lvl 200 which means absolutely nothing ! My bank is worth practically zilch overnight - bandos**** and all my other armour and weaps crashed. You ruined pray - all the work and money I put into that - what for - would not have bothered if I knew you were going to reduce it by 50%. Have to cancel so many slayer tasks now because you are forcing people to use mage or range when they need/want to train melee. Pots and food are a joke - u nerfed both and i have to drink pots now like a drunk on a stag party. And why should the adrenalin bar decrease because you eat? Really that is ridiculous! Seriously I used to love combat now I am coming very close to throwing in the towel with it. Sorry you may not want to hear what I have to say but I am one fed-up player who is giving a lot of consideration to quitting this game altogether!

Fairy, they won't listen. It's sad really, but they ignored over 1400 pages on the EoC thread. Jagex is nothing more than a money hungry company now. I refuse to support the EoC because it's a joke in my mind. I can't even kill half the monsters I used to. I was working on 138 combat, but they ruined that for me too. I haven't been on the actual game much at all, mostly just the forums now. Compare the EoC to other MMO games and tell me you don't think it's a huge joke. I'm really sorry to hear that someone so active in the community is quitting, I wish it didn't come to this /:

I'm just sad because the day eoc got live i just got lvl 80 slayer, finally i could use whip vine.. But suddenly spec attack dissapeared and my whip and vine were worth nothing anymore, lost 6m on my bandos armour and just don't know what armour 2 choose now.. still i refuse 2 quit, put too much time, effort and money in this game..

Ive lost almost 200m with the release of EOC, it was mostly do to my own ignorance in not selling items before hand. I still am refusing to give up and quit. I have since sold my remaining armor/weapons and resorted to skilling until, if and when the economy calms down.

I'm a veteran of 2005 and its getting harder and harder to stay with each new update, especially when I put so much hard work into my character and items, just to see them get turned inside out, and the price halved with one update.
