hello, I couldn't figure out a way to ask this other than here. I think there might be a problem with the prize pendants. For example, i have lost my xp for one of my pendants and it says i can claim a regular one from diango. I have looked and tried everything. Please help?

Christmas prizes and drops from imps have been great so far! I hope the snowmen drop something that we can trade like the presents or the Christmas hat. I wouldn't mind a new cosmetic if it was actually something that was a "present", and not something we would have to buy. No offence just rs coins are taking all my money!
