I guess Mod Michelle, (must be new never heard of her before) and the rest of jagex have once again decided to ignore the pleas from there most faithful players, not one post anywhere from them in 89 pages.

I've given this some thought. I wouldn't lose anything, but the 1 year premier would cost a bit more than I normally pay for a year.
However, I don't care for cosmetic items and rewards. I really only care for things that actually enhance or progress my game.

But...if I don't buy it, does that mean I won't be able to get a place in any beta?
Without pre-knowledge of any betas that may come along, it's like a guessing game. One must make a choice without all the information.

Ok so i understand how this looks like a good deal.
However i'm a faithful member who still get's to pay $5 a month.
If i was a member who had to pay *7.95 a month i'd jump on this.

However it would seem faithful members, who have given you years of support are not able to get in on this without paying more than we already do.

in one year i pay $60 however you want $74.95.
i would have no problem paying $60 for 12 months but i refuse to pay an additional $14.95 when you are saying this is supposed to be a great deal for members.

I urge you to reconsider this and offer these at the price you have said we are locked in at. for those who qualify, i find it unfair to use this as a marketing campaign and then to just act as though the people who have played for years need to pay more for a few virtual items.

Maybe that's just for the pet cards? Or there is some kind of mixed messaging going on? I bought the 6-month pack last December with the Ice Mask, and while I had been paying 5.00 a month prior to that, I've been charged 5.95 a month since July when recurring started again. Wrote to billing services about it and Mod Chef said (less than 24 hours ago) that *any* lapse in recurring monthly subscription, even via a bulk membership purchase, results in loss of legacy rates. Need partner(s) to get 5k DA and Wildy kills for hats.
Need Fist of Guthix and Fight Pits partner(s) for hybrid armour pieces.
Need Fishing Trawler partner(s) for 5 shark teeth.

JAGeX isn't JAGeX anymore. It's whatever IPV is... And they can shove it. Don't call the company JAGeX anymore. JAGeX were slightly less 'retoddid' and surprisingly more scrupulous.

What erks me:

I bought the promos I wanted, thus there's NO incentive to buy the Premium package. Now, if they offered to sell me the 2012 items from the SOF, that'd be another story.

But now, if they have cards in 2013, that I want, should I skip them or buy them? If I buy them, and they do this again, I'm screwed again. If I don't buy them, and they don't do this again, I'll miss the promos. Get it? They're f'ng people coming and going. Clan:

Also if it lapse the membership yr starts from the day you re-occur it been playing this game on here since it came out however it shows a different date altogether since the failed updates in 2005.

Seeing all these updates Jagex are coming up with seem to be following other games in charging per items, per bonus's and now premium next you proberly be paying for items u wear or make via RL money as it seems to be following suit with another game/company just wont eva stop any Money in it they will do it.

The only promotion that I bought into was the 6 month purchase last year (Dec 2011) which offered a nice discount and the ice mask. I am an old timer and I pay $5 a month. Last years offer cost me $23.80 for 6 months of membership......

Now it is a year later and your offering me a one year gold membership for $75 dollars..... The extras simply aren't worth the cost........

Wow, Jagex is really looking out for the players who have been committed to this game for many years.........

I am seriously disappointed...............

And why won't any Jmods answer any the questions people are asking?

Will the $5 monthly rate be intact after the 12 month gold membership expires?
And does the gold membership include the bloodpouncer, or do we have to purchase another $25 game card?

If I were to purchase both it would cost $100 and I'd have 17 months of membership. That's quite a large chunk of advance payment.....

I'm getting tired of jagex.

This is my story: I am 18 years old right now i created my first account when i was 9 or 10 years old. because i was young and not careful with pa swords i lost 3 of my accounts (witch is my fault) i made 2 pure accounts because my friends did as well i even had a small but loyal clan: circle of the gods. so for short i played a lot of runescape and i enjoyed it even more when i became member for the first time. I loved new things updates and stuff love them a lot.

BUT......
You guys are thieves and liars!!!!!
I live in the Netherlands runescape membership cards are not in stores we cant benefit from them so we miss out on sweet deals. Why is it that we cant use those in the Netherlands do you think you are to good for us ??? because i cant come up with a single reason. That was first but i really got ****** when i subscribed for 3 months 1 week ago. Then comes out this offer and what is jagex saying subscribe for 1 year and you get max benefits this is thievery!!! what about the loyal players who bought their membership already??? don't they deserve extras??? Jagex says no we only care about money. well...... they don't say it with those words they wrap it in some lawyers wrapping of words so it seems like they got best interest with you. they don't its all about scrapping up as much money as they can in a period that has to be so short as possible.

I ask this once cant you accept every paying method. Because if you don't accept them for events than don't accept them at all. Second of all i ask you to stop acting like capitalistic dogs and start handing out rewards to those who have been member for a year. no those who give you cash.

I demand a reply that answers my questions if Jagex does not answer i will see this as a sign that they know they are wrong.
