Um....Jagex....why don't you ever test stuff...
I destroyed my flaming skull, katana and other items I obtained following my gold premier purchase...it told me I could reclaim them from Diango...guess what...I can't...only the staff and scarecrow mask............***, thanks Jagex, (please try to fix this) -.-

Although I'm paying about 10$ more a year for membership with the Gold package, I'm actually saving myself about 40-50$ because of the 2k runecoins.

I know I'll still be playing through out this next year and I know I'd end up buying at least one more 20$ runecoin package at some point within the next year, so all in all I'm saving money and gaining more runecoins then I would of normally gotten.

So if you are like myself then despite the extra membership cost you ARE saving money.


The card pet is not included in this btw, but maybe in next years Gold package?

Thundrack, some of the items are "held" by Diango meaning you have to first talk to him then ask about other items.

Took me awhile to find all my items but he does have them.

As many have said before me, I am grandfathered in at the US $5 rate, if I buy the Gold Membership I'd be paying more. I understand there are the extra SoF and the Runecoins, but to be honest, I have no interest in the "extras" on Solomon's store.

As long as I've been a Member, I believe I should already be in the "Gold" category.

But that's just MY opinion.

sounds like a suckers bet . I am not vain I play the game for the time i have to kill cause I can do little else.I dont care about the Looks and the money ?? ell thats your win not ors , I dont think you can ***** this game up any more then you have already. don't understand new security change .Been/ a player for close to 10 NOW ( 75years old so mind is not that sharp ? lol so whaat do I do now?LL

I am not a member nor do I have any intentions of becoming a member but I must say that this is a pretty good marketing strategy and it has a nice appeal. Well done Jagex.

I have been a member for many years now, and am still locked into the old $5 per month subscription fee. For me, the Gold option wouldn't be a deal at all. In fact, I'd be paying quite a bit MORE. Not 22% less.

I'd like to purchase the Gold benefits, but was wondering if veteran members with $5 subscription fees could receive Premier Club at a reduced rate. It makes little sense to make your long-time customers pay up instead of down to get the new deals.
