I too would like to see some ****ideration for those of us that are recurring monthly members. I see tons of new items introduced with the purchase of gamecards which some players will buy only for the items they'd receive and only remain a member for the length of time those cards provide (and I'm not knocking those members, they pay what they can when they can.)
However, I and many other members like me have faithfully paid our dues every month with a recurring membership (so you have a steady influx of cash rather than the stop-and-go payments made by other members) and can't get access to these items unless we pay even MORE money for a card we don't actually need, since our membership automatically renews each month.
I feel the loyalty points and the items offered in the loyalty shop can't compare to the things the gamecards offer. Perhaps in the future you could offer some of the gamecard only items in the loyalty shop for loyalty points, or the ability to purchase wheel spins/solomon's store items for loyalty points? Something so that those of us who don't actually need to purchase gamecards for our memberships aren't always left out of the cool loot.
I've played runescape for almost ten years now, and have been a paid member off and on within that time, but I feel that my membership is meaning less and less to those who are supposed to be enticing me to remain a member.
