Loyalty doesn't really seem to be rewarded for this game does it?

Here I am still playing with a recurring for over 7 years now, and nothing to show for it, while people that buy cards get rewarded every other month.

Why don't you be nice, [hey its a stretch, but here me out] and give anyone that's recurring on a grandfathered policy the gold as long as they remain loyal?

for those that have been mem for a long time and are high levels. take a look at the new player owned ports. that is exclusive high level content that YOU have access to. the premier club is....... why the hell am i even trying to convince you this is a good deal.....

The pride i've had in playing a game i have enjoyed for the last 6 and a half years of my life has just completely vanished. SoF and Solomon's shop have been unbelievably horrible, but this is beyond words. All this year i've been clinging to the hope that there would be some kind of turnaround back to the days when actually caring about and playing the game gave us player rewards, but this has me seriously contemplating never logging in again. Never renewing another month of my 6 years' subscription, and never looking back. Disappointment doesn't begin to describe how i feel right now. :(
I STRONGLY disagree, but also, sort of don't care.

They say that they aren't going to be in stores, and I would believe them, but you should be able to buy the pre-paid Visa cards and use those to purchase the package you want. It would be nice to have Jagex verify this, but the cards are designed to be used just like Visa and the cost is usually the same as the face value of the card. This is a reasonable alternative for all of us who don't have credit cards or bank accounts of our own.
