I can understand the increased one off 12 month rate for premium - yes it is a bit more than us loyal subscribers are paying at the moment but we do get a load of extras

BUT

I do not want to end up being forced into paying more after the 12 months is up

PLEASE can jagex confirm that we will be able to carry on paying our existing subscription rate after the 12 months is up

I'm guessing that you know the updates are going to cause a lot of people to cancel their membership, so before they can get a good idea of how the updates will ruin the game even more, you're making them commit to a long period of time.

Arrogant to call jagex greedy? The ratio of squeal of RWIT and solomons general microtransaction store to normal updates is absurd. Look at the news feed on the homepage. Do you know how many updates I see? Zero. There are zero updates in what should be the updates feed. What I do see, however, is a disgusting amount of money grabbing promotions. Jagex is controlled by an investing company that only cares about profits. Mod mark is possibly the worst thing that has ever happened to Jagex. These are two facts that just have to be accepted.

Current payment: £3.50 a month

For bronze membership, this would be £4.58 a month
For silver membership, £4.16 a month
For gold membership, £3.76.

You know, I wouldn't actually mind too much if there was a monthly option for silver or gold pricing.

I see Jagex no longer wants me as a *ustomer. I was naive enough to think you could do microtransactions and earning a little more money sensibly but you have proved me wrong in spectacular fashion this week.

Fristly Solomon's General Store which was never going to give an advantage began giving one through pets. Then vanity items from game cards stopped being vanity items too and you gave them an advantage. Now we have tiered membership which totally defeats the point. I liked RS because if I bought membership I was at a leveling playing field with everyone else. Now I see Runescape has become a game for the rich exclusively.

SOF was the first sign. Not buying spins puts you at a disadvantage enough and Jagex said they were taking feedback but all I can see they have done is made it more advantageous for those that buy spins and moved the pop-up to the side.

SGS has slowly gotten worse so now it sells coin collectors and bank items. Putting people with the money to buy the new pets on top of membership at an advantage.

This is a player run economy and an MMO as such what other people do does effect me so trying that argument won't help.

Now tiered membership you get runecoins so access to the advantageous pets, extra SOF spins so additional advantages for gold members and access to beta's. Jagex you have gone too far this week.

This is no longer a game which rewards loyalty and time and effort in playing but a game that rewards players that just joined, bots and the rich.

As if that wasn't enough you can't even keep your word or tell the truth. I loved the sound of 2013 but after this you have digusted me. You do not cater to me anymore. You have shown you do not want me as a customer. I am not foolish enough to wait for a response from you probably too busy bathing in cash or something.
