Question: does anyone know why I can't wear "activate" the Paladin armor? Every time I click activate on the customization screen it takes me to the Solomon's General Store front page. Anyone else got this problem? Is it a bug?

Here is another thought. Since many of us are already paying the grandfathered rates and are not really saving anything by getting some of these packages, remove the dumb 90 day expiration on runecoins and spins.

I have bought some of both in the past and I felt pressured to used up the remaining ones I had right at the 3 month mark because it was not obvious if they would actually be taken away.

Include this as an option and you may have me as a customer because I do tend to like a lot of the customizations. Spins are a little more annoying though.

I was curious why the Bloodpouncer pet is not included?
This is from the main page of the Premier Club; it clearly states ALL 2012 promotion items. I have seen this posted many times and as of yet I have not seen a response. Last I looked at my Calendar it was still 2012!

Need billing support help ASAP!!!

I was just trying to purchase the gold membership package but I accidentally put my security code in wrong, so I went back to fix the mistake, sent it off again but it reverted back to the bronze membership package, and now the gold membership package is unavailable!

Please help!
I really wanted to get the Gold membership, not the bronze!

Do we get a written guarantee that there will actually BE a Runescape to play for at least another year? What are you doing about the bot situation?

I am considering spending the $75., but want some guarantees to go with it. And it seems people are having problems purchasing the package they want.
