The first question, basically he didnt even answer the question an said what we all hear... There's no question at all no1 really refers a friend... Even "Rune Shark" who Jagex had visit their stuidos an post their vids, said they take advantage of "refer a friend" This is just another way to try and milk this game for all it's worth...
At the the second question, once again fails to answer the question in the context in which it was written. Ill sum it up for you, if you make account and buy that account membership under the "refer a friend", you just brought your main 30 days free mems and bonus exp, as long as the **** account gained exp...
In the end, IVP will milk RS for all it's worth, an we'll see be seeing "transformers"
