You are either blind or do not know simple math, that looks like 10% of members LIKE SoF and 90% HATE SoF. And you are using almost every update to promote the SoF in some way! It's like all you are about is making money. Nice job Jagex. Very nice job.

How am I supposed to take this seriously when you've ended a sentence with the preposition 'of' in your news bulletin on the main RuneScape page? Seriously, Jagex, be a little bit more thorough. I do think that the Squeal of Fortune could be implemented successfully, but at the moment the situation seems bleak. I agree with the previous posts in that you are ruining a sense of achievement and that there must have been a good reason for all of the new players joining years ago. If you really need new players amongst a swarm of die-hard veterans, then you will seriously need to think of something better than this, because, contrary to popular belief, these veterans were once new players as well and most of us don't like SoF as you can see from the above posts. There's a sort of plastic feeling to this game now. I wish that I didn't have to say it but I feel overwhelmed by all of the things in Burthorpe, and I think that it will still take me a while to get over the new home teleports, let alone this or anything else. :(

i do like the wheel, and i do like the increased rares
but to appease teh nay sayers i think it would make alot more people happy if the super rare drops included items that ARE NOT already in the game (zaros godsword plz?) these items could be tradable which would make it a seperate impact on the econemy all on its own....rather than an intrusion into other parts of the runescape econemy. plz add a new skill

Have been a member for 6 years and 6 months as of this post on the 6th day of this month; as well as playing for a number of years pre-membs
gotta admit guaranteed polls content available only for runefest attendees, and SoF are both contradictory to what this game was founded on.
you've only gotten as far as you have by listening to your players. While the game is continuously improving and aging with time, you also seem to be losing your hearing.

I'm not surprised at all by the lack of a single forum mod response at this point none dare post a comment in this thread lest a Jagex Moderator Sees the negative comment from a player/forum mod which would quickly cost said forum/player mod his position
I am also not surprised in the slightest that Jagex Moderators have not commented any on this thread, you must think of the shame and the red faces that they all probably have at this time. Because they know that the morals of the company have been sold out. This was done against them & everything that they once stood for, now means naught!
That they have to keep shoveling this crap on us day in & day out is so they can keep there jobs. With the way the world economy is let alone the European economy it does not surprise me in the slightest that Jagex Mods continue to remain stone faced & silent on this issue
Besides we all know most of them have no choice but to follow the orders handed down from on high. It's either follow the laws of those that employee them or face the firing squad. I know what choice I'd make. My honour is worth more to me than any job. I'd tell them to shove it! with pride. Then go collect the Dole while seeking new employment at the competition (Think mech wars)
Just think what would happen should just one Jagex Employee speak out against the decree's from the powers that be. That Employe will quickly find his or herself out on the streets collecting his or her next paycheck off the dole & seeking new employment with no references
I am surprised the Jagex mods have not yet locked this thread or deleted it. Like they did with a few rant threads that where created on day one of the SOF release. Jagex is now great at seeing only one thing since they went to new management & became a stock controlled by a certain company famous for nickle & dimeing other sites to death.
What they did on those others games is now being done here. How long before the bells toll the final hour of Runescape?

Everyone, the SoF does NO HARM. Jagex said that 90% of the players spin their spins every day.
If you don't like it, don't spin it? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. I support the SoF because I think it's a nice thing. I've won Lucky Dragon Claws and the Dragon Ceremonial Cape by doing quests. NOT buying spins. It's not like you HAVE to buy spins just because you can. And to be honest I think that most of the players ranting about the Squeel of Fortune do not have a clue what they're arguing about.
Do you rant because you can't afford spins? Because you didn't win anything? Just see it like this don't get mad if not winning since you'd never have gotten it for free anyways.
And Jagex IS a company, they need revenue to survive as a REAL company. They can't lose cash because then all you kids won't have no more RS.
Also replying to this post hating on it will just imply that you can't respect other person's opinions.
I just don't understand how hard it can be for the haters to not just spin the fkn wheel. Also on the side of buying 99's, it would cost you 10's of thousands of dollars to get a few max levels. Therefore this should not be a part of your arguement.
This is the end and I hope that no one shall hate. This is all just my opinions so have a good time playing, see you in-game.
