SoF: Win More, Win Big!

90% of players support SoF? It surely doesn't look like it...
We need to fix this. JaGEx, run a poll and ask us: "Do we like the SoF?"
Give TWO responses, not just a big 'Support' button like there was with the Wilderness update. You were going to implement that anyway; you only ran the poll to add hype to the update.
I'm sure a SoF poll will set things straight. I can guarantee you that 90% of the votes will not be 'Yes'.

I dont support the microtransactions associated with SOF but i like SOF because it gives you the chance to win a unique item.
Also, those of you who bought spins because you thought you would win a rare or super-rare are idiots, your're the same people who complained that when the SOF was first introduced the 'lucky' items that could be won would crash the economy. I have bought spins and i didnt get a rare and guess what? I wasn't surprised because they're RARE for a reason.
also, @Aryllk jagex gauge how successful their updates are on how much people use them. So obviously if people stopped using them jagex would stop updating - look at Trouble Brewing or The Burthorpe Games Rooms (now gone i think). But of course people arent going to stop using SOF and stop buying spins and we all know that.
TL;DR I like SOF. I do not like the microtransactions.

wow, you people are really negative for no reason.
Jagex, I personally think the SoF is great i dont benefit from it too much xp lamps are great which are mostly what i get, but here and there i dont mind some random stuff. It honestly helps lower leveled players get more and maybe that extra 1k gp could go a long way for them. Great job guys!
as for all of you who are complaining. The SoF is right at your noses. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PLAY IT! so if u dont like it dont bother, if you do play the just stay quiet and dont be so negative.

Jagex should probably just rename this game "Squeal of Fortunescape"
Why?
1) Login and the first thing you see: SoF Goblin and click to play. So before you can 'play' Runescape, you have to play SoF.
2) Just by logging in you effectively get the chance to play. Granted, you get 2 spins as Free, 3 as Mem at the start of a new 'day'.
3) Completing almost any action in game can result in a spin.
Slay a monster, chance to spin.
Do a skill, chance to spin.
Complete a Quest, you are given TWO GUARANTEED chances to spin.
Coming soon:
Just sitting around, chatting with your friends or perhaps enjoying the local music track or musician?
Yelps will drop by and leave a Spin Ticket.
Yes folks, a chance to spin just by chatting or perhaps even doing nothing at all.
After that, a revamp of the Random Event Reward System to just give you a Guaranteed Free Spin.

Ok i never post on the forums, but im just so fed up with SoF i feel like i have to say something.
Get rid of SoF! SoF is ruining Runescape!
Its giving players with more money an advantage in the game, and teaching new players that they don't actually have to play the game to get good items and train their skills! I didn't get to where i am now by getting handed free stuff every time i log into the game! I got where I am by playing the game and learning to make money and train my skills.
The only reason ive been spinning the SoF is because i feel like i will be at a disadvantage if i don't, and its the only way to get the new cosmetic items. SoF is RWT and gambling and almost everyone hates it, so just get rid of it!
BTW Jagex wouldn't have posted about it on the front page if it wasn't an issue, despite their "statistics".

Ok jagex you have probably here'd this a lot and you should listen when we say GET RID OF THE BUYING SPINS! I like the sof but buying them is just wrong and bad for players that work for there items and levels. So please take them away your just being greedy.
