200M str (last combat)

to beat my overall rank in 2012 of 346
5. Please describe a typical RuneScape day for you. (Dailies/routines/skills you train and how you go about doing them efficiently)
Log in at work AFK abyss/mining/fishing till I get off work.
Log in at home do cache(unless wbs is at reset), then do yews (i do brawlers over yews if i have locations), daily craft, viswax(for extending both divi/daily), herb run, crystal tree, collect daily broads, evil trees (2) and then cache/wbs. JOT/Dwarven aura lamps go to RC. Mondays usually do TOG twice/cap cit if needed. Also that fally event is good atm

Yes
7. Why are you interested in joining Efficiency Experts?
Need a good clan for BA/WBS would be nice to meet some skillers, done with slayer so might as well get into skillin efficiently
8. Please explain an efficient training method that you have used before. Use as much detail as necessary.
Well slayer obviously, however post EOC its kind of crap in terms of efficient, you know 2:1 vs old 4:1 CMB ratio, effigies yea goodluck thats gone, noted herbs cya herbicide. Otherwise seedicide was nice for some tasks(dark beasts in particular), bonecrusher cause less time picking up cheap bones
but because I do not want my claim to fame to be my past lets say:
6:55 game time fletch broads with portable
7:00 cache as cres
7:01 fletch for 1 min
7:07 div with muspah and prism spells
7:27 tele with tira quiver 4 to harmony moss get out protean traps
7:28 hunt in elf cave with traps while fletching with portables
9:55 repeat
im still building my fletch stock for method to last
