Nothing like looking up an NPC for a quest and seeing that someone on the OS team apparently feels that "toxic masculinity" is the cause of all fighting in the world and that raising mean as women is the solution.

So, ignoring for a second how incredibly unlikely it is for a troll to know the phrase "toxic masculinity"
And ignoring the fact that this completely ignores the troll lore in OSRS states that trolls are named after the first thing they try to eat (Hence why my arm was called my arm, because his dad said "stop biting my arm!" )

Why is there people in the team who are able to push their PC agenda into a fantasy game with no repercussions?
I'm here to play a fantasy game, not to have someone elses agenda forced down my throat by being told that all men are inherently toxic and the solution is to make them grow up as women instead.

Leave the real life politics out of a fantasy game!
This type of behavior is just disgusting.

Things like asking Cow31337Killer and Unicorn1337Kilr if they've ever killed the elusive unicow and them replying by saying they will notify each other if they see it so they can take it down together is a joke.


Asking the troll dad "we all know how trolls get their names, but was your father named 'dad' how far back does the line of dad go?" and having someone respond with "the tradition of calling children in my family line "dad" ends with me because fighting is caused by toxic masculinity, it's rampant in our culture." is not a joke.

Hell, they didn't even answer the question that was asked!
They didn't say a single thing about how the line of 'dad' trolls started but choose rather, to make a comment about toxic masculinity and how it's common amongst men!

If you think that is a joke then you seriously need to read how that question was answered, and compare it to the other submissions where the questions that were asked Actually got answered!


Edit: If someone said a homophobic or transphobic slur and then went "it's a joke you absolute cretin!" would you be fine with that? No?
Then why is it okay when it's a "joke" about all males being toxic?

Except it's not a joke, it's real life gender politics being pushed into the game under the excuse of "Come on it's just a joke! we're only joking about how horrible all men are!"

Plus like I said above read the postbag fully, that question is the only question in the entire postbag where the question that was asked wasn't answered.
Every other question was answered, but instead of answering "when did the line of trolls named 'dad' start?" they decided to take the opportunity to instead say "I'm going to be the last 'dad' troll because all males are toxic, so my son is going to be raised as a daughter."


I come to osrs to play a fun MMO, not sit here and watch men get shit on as a troll "answers" a question by saying something that is very often echoed in real life gender politics.

I find it really really funny that you got mad at a troll.

I mean the irony is great there not gonna lie haha.

I don't like the politics of this answer but I agree, the Metaness of being Trolled by a Troll is hilarious, but they should have used a non-political subject as the topic with which they trolled us.
